Internal Doors
Most internal doors do not need insurance graded locks. In most cases we will fit 2 or 3 lever locks on internal doors as they are cheaper than 5 lever or British Standard locks.
Nightlatch (Yale type) locks can also be fitted to internal doors.

External Doors
Most external doors require Insurance Graded BS3621 locks. New regulations have recently been brought out, with some insurance companies insisting on BS3621 2004 locks. We fit BS3621 2004 Mortice Locks as standard on external doors, unless otherwise requested.
We also fit Nightlatches to external doors. These are usually used in conjunction with mortice locks, for the door to be compliant with insurance regulations.
We can also fit BS3621 Nightlatches, when required.
